Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original Ghost packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
